She is Founder and CEO of Enlighten Nutrition & Wellness and has over 20 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian, Nutrition & Health Educator, Consultant and Wellness Coach.

Yoga instructor, TCTSY-F
Katie's style of teaching varies and adjusts to the students in the room. A steady yoga practice is great for overall health and compliments most lifestyles. Katie believes that yoga is a deeply personal practice and helps keep you centered and strong on all levels!
Katie completed 200-hour training with Vida Vinyasa in 2016. She is also a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator through the Trauma Center in Brookline, MA. This style of yoga offers a safe space to explore forms and sensations for people who suffer from complex trauma or complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
Outdoor Adventure Educator
Julie engages participants in the healing powers of nature while leading a variety of outdoor adventure activities during the retreat.
She has been an Outdoor Educator and Teacher for over 30 year’s and has an amazing gift of educating individuals of all ages. She is a certified NOLS Guide (National Outdoor Leadership School) and has teacher certifications in NH.
Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
Culinary Expert/Business Owner
Garlyn engages participants at the retreat with her culinary expertise while sharing some simple tips to put the joy back into cooking!
She is the owner of Basic Ingredients, a family owned and operated bakery and gift shop in central NH (celebrating their 30th season). Garlyn and her staff create fresh baked goods, bistro-on-the-go items and host speciality cooking classes.
Dr. Raquel Garzon is the President of Revitalize Project. She has delivered performance, wellness, and leadership content to thousands of high performers in over 25 countries. She has presented to executive audiences from 35 of the top Fortune 100 companies as well as to 12 CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves as adjunct faculty at the Federal Executive Institute, training government leaders on resilience.
Raquel earned her Doctor of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Garzon also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University. She is a certified ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt, a Registered Dietitian, and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Dr. Garzon recently served as an Assistant Professor and Wellness Specialist at New Mexico State University. She also worked for 13 years at the Johnson and Johnson Human Performance Institute as Vice President of Programs and Content for Corporate and Sports Training and Director of Nutrition. Raquel also worked as a Dietitian for the Department of U.S. Army, where she was awarded the Commanders Award for Civil Service. She has held several other roles in start-up companies as well as private and non-profit organizations.
Raquel has served on the Latino Advisory Board and the Health and Wellness Advisory Board for PepsiCo as an external advisor. She currently serves on the editorial review board of the American College of Sports Medicine's Health and Fitness Journal. Raquel has appeared on national and local television and radio as a subject matter expert in health and wellness.
Sean Foy, is an internationally renowned authority on fitness, weight management and healthy living. As an author, exercise physiologist, behavioral coach and speaker, Sean has earned the reputation as “America’s Fast Fitness Expert”.
